On the cusp of May and June, we went to Louisiana for an Antebellum Ball Birthday Bash for just family and a few friends to celebrate Mike, Christine, Bonnie, and Christy's birtdays (that's Pop, Mom, and daughters).





Robbie also just celebrated his 30th earlier that week too.





These photos are from Awpa, Christy's grandfather. Awpa and Memaw met each other 60+ years ago when he was in the military and she happened to be at a dance. After their first dance together, Awpa (Jack) said: "Rosemarie, you're going to be seeing a whole lot more of me."





This was Christy's idea to do this sort of layout to set up little vignettes in one scene. She is a photographer and began learning this trade from her Awpa.
